Quality and value for money pays dividends for Ascent Homes
ASCENT HOMES’ ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIGH STANDARD OF INTERNAL FINISHES CONTINUE TO PROVE GREAT SELLING POINTS ACROSS ALL DEVELOPMENTS BUT PARTICULARLY AT PLESSEY GREEN, BLYTH, ACCORDING TO NEW ARRIVALS TO THE SITE ROB AND GEMMA FAULDS.
Originally renting a property in North Tyneside, where both Rob and Gemma work and their eldest daughter attends school, they decided to keep their options open on location, when looking to buy their first property. However, because of family connections they were eager to explore Blyth.
Keen to utilise the Help to Buy Scheme, Rob and Gemma visited several new build sites, including those at Crofton Grange and South Shore, before chancing upon Ascent Homes’ successful Plessey Green development next to Blyth Golf Club.
Keeping a close eye on progress at Plessey Green, as soon as the show home opened they were ‘blown away’ by the size of the properties and more so their price, which reflected excellent value for money and meant that they could buy a bigger family home.
Speaking about their experience of buying the Horton, a spacious four-bedroom detached property with views overlooking the golf course, Rob said:
“Once we had decided to buy at Plessey Green, the Ascent Homes’ team could not have been more helpful. We can’t fault the service we received from the builder, especially Joanne their sales executive based on site. Nothing was too much trouble for her. That sort of service is very reassuring when you are buying a new home, as you do feel you are in safe hands.”
Gemma continued: “From our first visit to the show home we were struck by the quality of the house and its fixtures and fittings, particularly when we compared them to other new build properties. The Horton style of property really suits our family and lifestyle and to have amazing views over the golf course just tops it off nicely.”
Seven properties remain available for sale.
