As a valued customer of Ascent Homes, we can offer you exclusive benefits which help you sell your existing home quickly and efficiently.

Our Assisted Move Scheme allows you to reserve the plot of your choice for a fixed period, so you don’t miss out on your new dream home.

The scheme includes:

• An accurate and independent valuation from a local estate agent
• Marketing through a local agent to achieve the best price possible within 6 weeks
• Weekly progress updates including feedback on viewings
• Negotiation and qualification of all offers to ensure you get the best possible price

Ascent Homes will cover the cost of this service, including estate agency fees paid to a maximum of £3,000 

(subject to your agreement with Ascent Homes)*.

*Terms and conditions: Ascent Homes will only be responsible for the payment of your estate agency fees if you legally complete your new home purchase as agreed with Ascent Homes. The 6 week reservation period starts from the acceptance of the agreed valuation. If you fail to complete the purchase of a new home from Ascent Homes or if the scheme is withdrawn, and the estate agents instructed by us have successfully introduced a buyer for your current home which proceeds completion, you will be liable to pay the agent’s fees. The customer must agree to display a for sale board and be available for access for viewings at any reasonable time. Please refer to your agreement with your developer. The fee may be capped, or you may be liable to pay our fees if you legally complete on your existing home before you exchange contracts for the purchase of your new home. In such cases we will submit our fee invoice direct to your solicitors for payment from the proceeds of sale.
