The Consumer Code for Home Builders is a programme designed to provide protection and rights to buyers of new build homes.
This program sets out mandatory requirements that home builders must follow to ensure high standards of construction and customer service. By adhering to the Consumer Code for Home Builders, buyers can feel more confident in their purchase and have peace of mind knowing that they are protected by these established guidelines. This programme aims to promote transparency, accountability, and fairness in the home building industry, ultimately benefiting both buyers and builders alike.
