Join Ascent Homes as a Sales Manager

As one of our Sales Managers, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales process across all developments to ensure all targets and objectives are achieved in line with the business plan and agreed timescales, whilst maximising profit through the effective management of the sales team. As a small team, you’ll work closely with the Construction Management team and the Customer Care team. You will be a confident communicator, able to deal with a high volume of work and respond to enquiries in a professional manner. You will be responsible for Responsible for managing and overseeing the sales process across all developments to ensure all targets and objectives are achieved in line with the business plan and agreed timescales, whilst maximising profit through the effective management of the sales team.
