Demand for housing strong

OUR SALES TEAM WERE THRILLED BY THE REACTION OF VISITORS TO OUR LATEST DEVELOPMENT WHEN IT OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED EARLIER THIS MONTH.

Demand for our new homes at Wayside Point in Ellington was so strong that three firm reservations were made as well as five early bird reservations over the first weekend.

Offering a wide mix of properties, within a striking yet convenient location, Wayside Point is suitable for a range of buyers regardless of budget or situation and although it is just a short distance from the beautiful Cresswell Bay, it is also well located for schools, retail, transport and leisure facilities.

As Claire Scott, Head of Sales and Marketing, explains, Wayside Point is a great location for families and offers pricing that makes a stylish new home affordable even for first time buyers.  She said:

“We were absolutely delighted with the eight reservations already made, and we’re expecting this level of demand for homes at Wayside Point to continue judging by the positive response from potential buyers who loved the contemporary designs and practical layouts.

“We strive to deliver exceptionally crafted homes while providing buyers with a range of options to suit their circumstances.  A lot of visitors commented on the high standard of fixtures and fittings provided which include Symphony fitted kitchens, which come as standard, Abacus sanitary ware and Porcelanosa tiling.

“We will also be introducing more house types in the very near future, consisting of apartments, bungalows and town houses.  This will add further impetus to our marketing for the development, where in total, 184 new homes will be built over the next few years together with a possible on-site retail unit.

“Our preferred financial advisors, First Mortgage, also joined us at the weekend providing advice to buyers requiring assistance with a mortgage, to ensure they get the right package to suit their particular circumstances.”

For anyone considering buying at Wayside Point, help is available with just a 5% deposit using the 'Help To Buy' scheme.
