Advance Northumberland is a property Investment, Estate Management and Development Company. We are expanding and to support this growth we need additional support on our construction sites.
We are looking for Labourers to join Ascent Homes, at sites across Northumberland.

Key duties & responsibilities:
• To work as directed by the Site Manager
• Adhering to safe work practices at all times identifying any risks or hazards for self and others.
• Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including sub-contractors and colleagues, to provide relevant support
• Work to achieve the completion of tasks and duties in a timely manner
• Clearing materials from properties
• General site labouring tasks

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:
• Motivated and able to work to own initiative
• Used to working on construction sites
• Able to use IT for training courses

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Ascent Homes Team. Our Ascent Homes team build new homes for rent and sale. We are passionate about building high quality new homes, with locations right across Northumberland. We hand pick our stunning locations to ensure we create unique homes to complement and enhance their individual surroundings, helping our customers to find a place to call.

Having achieved significant growth over the last 5 years, Advance Northumberland have a clear ambition to lead and drive delivery, secure investment and provide a vibrant place for people and businesses in Northumberland.
Your key duties & responsibilities will be:
Work closely with the Sales Executives to execute marketing and promotion of the brand including but not limited to email campaigns, arranging case studies, press releases, organising event collateral and provide a consistent brand message across all developments
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to raise awareness and profile of Ascent Homes among key audiences
Development of all Ascent Homes digital platforms, including social media and our website
Creating, improving and maintaining digital content to achieve business goals by creating original text and video content, and managing posts for Ascent Homes website and social media platforms
Accurate collation and analysis of data to help support both sales and marketing teams. Ensuring that all reports are regularly updated and checked
Day to day management of the Ascent Homes Website & social media platforms ensuring all content is up to date
Assist in the preparation of a wide range of communications and marketing materials, including advertising artwork, publications, exhibitions and displays, newsletters, presentations and internal and external material
Preparing online articles, features and copy
Internal digital newsletters and content
Production of digital marketing materials.
To succeed in this role
You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:
At least 2 years’ experience in digital or marketing related role
Digital marketing platform experience i.e., Google Analytics, Adwords etc.
CMS experience
Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
Excellent communication skills and be able to express the company's views creatively.
Sound knowledge and experience of posting content onto social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and Content Management Systems
Experience in web copy writing, email marketing and SEO
Excellent ICT skills
