Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Ascent Homes ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on Saturday 4th July and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 27th July.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition:
Comment on the competition post stating which National Trust site you would visit first.
Tag at least one person you would take with you.
Bonus Entry
Participants can receive one additional entry by visiting a show home at one of the following developments during the competition period:
Wayside Point, Ellington
St Helen's Gate, Longhorsley
Woodside Gardens, South Broomhill
Willow Farm, Choppington
Bonus entries are limited to one per person.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a Family National Trust Pass.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.
The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize will be arranged following successful contact with the winner.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that their first name and social media username may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of announcing the winner.
No additional compensation will be provided.
9. Data Protection
Personal information provided in connection with this competition will only be used for administering the competition and awarding the prize.
Data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or National Trust.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
