    We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Ascent Homes Team based at our development in Ellington, with potential to sell future developments across Northumberland (or the Northeast of England). Our Ascent Homes team build new homes for rent and sale. We are passionate about building high quality new homes, with locations right across Northumberland. We hand pick our stunning locations to ensure we create unique homes to complement and enhance their individual surroundings, helping our customers to find a place to call home. Having achieved significant growth over the last 5 years, Advance Northumberland have a clear ambition to lead and drive delivery, secure investment and provide a vibrant place for people and businesses in Northumberland.

    To succeed in this role: You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:

    Selling
    Achieve target sales
    Meet with clients, assess their needs and qualify
    Price negotiation
    Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.) Customer follow-up
    Administration
    Market research and competitor analysis
    Maintain the customer enquiry database
    Record customer details at reservation
    Complete and distribute all documentation as required

    The Ideal Candidate

    Having experience within new homes sales or property sales is desirable

    Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

    Personable, well presented, and composed at all times

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    An active team player, encouraging their team and themselves to succeed

    Self-motivated, determined, and efficient

    Able to represent the Ascent Homes brand to the highest of standards

    Full UK Driving licence

    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Ascent Homes Team. Our Ascent Homes team build new homes for rent and sale. We are passionate about building high quality new homes, with locations right across Northumberland. We hand pick our stunning locations to ensure we create unique homes to complement and enhance their individual surroundings, helping our customers to find a place to call.     Your key duties & responsibilities will be:

    Work closely with the Sales Executives to execute marketing and promotion of the brand including but not limited to email campaigns, arranging case studies, press releases, organising event collateral and provide a consistent brand message across all developments

    Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to raise awareness and profile of Ascent Homes among key audiences

    Development of all Ascent Homes digital platforms, including social media and our website

    Creating, improving and maintaining digital content to achieve business goals by creating original text and video content, and managing posts for Ascent Homes website and social media platforms

    Accurate collation and analysis of data to help support both sales and marketing teams. Ensuring that all reports are regularly updated and checked

    Day to day management of the Ascent Homes Website & social media platforms ensuring all content is up to date

    Assist in the preparation of a wide range of communications and marketing materials, including advertising artwork, publications, exhibitions and displays, newsletters, presentations and internal and external material

    To succeed in this role : You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:

    At least 2 years’ experience in digital or marketing related role

    Digital marketing platform experience i.e., Google Analytics, Adwords etc.

    CMS experience

    Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends

    Excellent communication skills and be able to express the company's views creatively.

    Sound knowledge and experience of posting content onto social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and Content Management Systems

    Experience in web copy writing, email marketing and SEO

    Excellent ICT skills
