Cramlington homes prove a 'hit' in Sting's neck of the woods

AWARD-WINNING HOUSEBUILDER, ASCENT HOMES, HAS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED THEIR NEWEST DEVELOPMENT ON THE SITE OF THE FORMER ST PAUL’S ROMAN CATHOLIC FIRST SCHOOL IN CRAMLINGTON, WHERE A-LIST MUSICIAN ‘STING’ TAUGHT IN HIS EARLY 20’S.

St Paul’s Place, as the scheme is to be known, is a development of 19 three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached new homes all for private sale. Due to the high level of interest the scheme had already generated since their Pre-Launch event in January, the developer has opened their sales centre in manor walks shopping centre.

Having evolved its property types based on popularity of design and layout together with feedback from buyers, Ascent Homes will build three of their standard house types on the former school site; the Primrose, Holly and Oak.
