Long Awaited Waterfront Show Home Now Launched At Northumberland Housing Development

AWARD-WINNING NORTHUMBERLAND HOUSEBUILDER ASCENT HOMES HAS JUST UNVEILED THE LONG AWAITED ‘SERENITY’ SHOW HOME AT THEIR STUNNING COMMISSIONERS QUAY DEVELOPMENT.

Situated on the Northumberland coastline at Blyth Quayside, the show home represents one of the company's most unique designs to date; the three-bedroom Serenity property. The three storey homes feature roof terraces with coastal views and have attracted interest from potential buyers across the north east since being released for sale earlier this year.

Designed as a series of short terraces to ensure each home has a sea or Quayside view, the Commissioners Quay development boasts 41 new homes, with the 18 Serenity properties overlooking both the River Blyth and the North Sea. The remainder of the site comprises 15 two-bedroom properties and eight three-bedroom properties with gardens.

Ascent Homes' seafront development is the latest phase of the Quayside's multi-million pound redevelopment, which has created thousands of jobs and brought unprecedented investment to the area.

Paul Errington, Director of Ascent Homes, said: "We are delighted to have launched our Serenity show home. As a local company, we pride ourselves on the investment we have brought into this truly stunning area and thanks to our policy of using local labour and craftsmen, the level of excitement around the development has been building steadily since initial construction began back in 2019.

"We firmly believe that Commissioners Quay represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for first-time buyers or downsizers to own a home in a stunning location that is finally beginning to reap the rewards from the investment it has long cried out for. These houses are a completely bespoke design and unique to anything else in the area therefore we have had a significant amount of off plan reservations already, however now that the show home is launched, I don’t think it will be long before we are sold out!”

You can book an appointment to view the show home here open Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm
