Ascent Homes, through The PX Hub work in partnership with funded providers to offer you exclusive benefits, which may help you to sell your existing home quickly and efficiently through a Part Exchange scheme


We work with the PX Hub, which is a specialist division of the LSL Land and New Homes Department and part of the LSL group of Companies. Our fully managed Part Exchange scheme allows you to reserve the plot of your choice, so you don’t miss out on your new dream home.

The scheme includes:

  • Trade up or down in value

  • Accurate and independent valuation(s) from at least 2 local, accredited estate agents

  • You don’t have to worry about house buying chains

  • Stay in your current home until your new Ascent Home is ready

  • No Estate Agency fees to pay


Ascent Homes will cover the cost of this service. (Subject to your agreement, you will be responsible for your Legal Fees).



Select your new home from Ascent Homes using the Funded Part Exchange scheme. Your application will be completed by Ascent Homes and submitted to The PX Hub. (Selected plots only)

24 hours...


Within 24 hours The PX Hub will contact you directly and arrange for at least two local estate agents to inspect and value your property.



Each agent who visits your property will compile a detailed independent report for The PX Hub, which will include price recommendations and details of similar comparable properties on the market and sold in your area, along with photos.



Ascent Homes will receive offers from the funded providers to buy your property as a Part Exchange. Once acceptable figures have been agreed with yourself then you will complete your application with Ascent Homes and sign Terms of Acceptance.



Ascent Homes will return the signed Terms of Acceptance to The PX Hub, who in turn will issue a Memorandum of Sale to all solicitors between you and the funded provider for the sale of your home. This sale will coincide with you purchasing your new home.



The PX Hub will contact you to discuss the next steps and also take some details. This information is used to complete HMRC anti-money laundering checks, which are legally required. We do this by checking your details with online third party anti-money laundering agencies who may also pass other information about you to us.



Dependent on the time scale of your new home, The PX Hub will then instruct the two local estate agents who have already visited your property to market your property for sale. Your property will not be marketed for sale until you have exchanged contracts with the funded provider and on your new home.



The PX Hub will oversee all aspects of the marketing of your property and provide weekly progress reports to Ascent Homes. If you are still living in the property at this time, the agents will need access for viewings to take place.


Part Exchange is subject to availability, status and eligibility. All offers are plot specific and subject to Ascent Homes’ terms and conditions. Ascent Homes reserves the right to withdraw offers without prior notice. Part Exchange cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers for example Help to Buy.
