Project Support Assistant

Ascent Homes is the house building division of the development company Advance Northumberland. Passionate about building high quality new homes, with locations right across Northumberland we hand pick our stunning locations to ensure we create unique homes to complement and enhance their individual surroundings.

We are looking for a Project Support Assistant to join our relatively small team. Having achieved significant growth over the last 3 years, Ascent Homes have a clear ambition to lead and drive delivery, secure investment and provide quality housing for the people of Northumberland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, individual to join our team. The main duties of the role will include:

  • Provide a comprehensive and accurate administrative service to both the construction and residential sales team

  • Manage the sales and legal conveyance process and liaising with signatories to sign and execute sales contracts

  • Manage purchaser calls on behalf of Ascent Homes regarding current and forthcoming developments in a professional manner and fielding enquiries to appropriate sites and team members

  • Provide a facilities management function for the remote sales offices and site offices including ordering of stationery and necessary supplies

  • Collecting, processing and filing customer paperwork in relation to the new home sale and also customer choices, upgrades and extras as well as final accounts in time for completion and all paperwork relating to Help to Buy

  • Support effective communication between internal and external contacts including but not limited to purchasers, solicitors, independent financial advisors and sales teams by email, telephone and written enquiries/correspondence

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail, an ability to provide administrative support across a broad team and you will possess excellent IT and time management skills.
